The Flow Controller FC3 enables free-flowing granules from different silos to be dosed at a specified ratio and combined in the downstream conveying system.
A practical example: Several granule silos at one plant were each fitted with an FC3. One silo contained recycled granules. Material was dosed simultaneously from two silos into a shared pneumatic conveying line feeding the extrusion process.
Thanks to its low installation height, the FC3 is also suitable for integration into existing plants. The specific configuration depends on the material and installation conditions.
