Note: The HectoSense performs measurements in free-flowing material streams without interrupting product flow.
Operating principle
The bulk material flows into a vertically mounted measuring chamber. An integrated discharge device ensures continuous product discharge while density, moisture, and temperature are measured simultaneously.

The HectoSense HC8 consists of :
- Robust stainless-steel housing with measuring chamber and integrated sensors
- Evaluation electronics with touch display (can be mounted separately)

Thanks to the innovative discharge mechanism, even free-flowing bulk materials that are prone to bridging can be captured continuously and uniformly. The product flows past the measuring sensors without fluctuating compaction. At the same time, the density is continuously monitored, and the moisture measurement is compensated based on the specific density.
