With the Flow Scope FS1, bulk materials flowing in a congested stream can be monitored simply and efficiently. The system continuously outputs measurement data in real time during the process, making it directly visible and available for analysis.
Functions
The FS1 provides optical monitoring of the flow behaviour of accumulated product columns—directly and in real time. The product flow is sampled and analyzed at a high frequency. Additionally, the surface quality is monitored against a threshold value. This enables the evaluation of an analog product flow measurement signal, as well as the distinction between product flow/no product flow and product present/product absent.
