Moisture control
With the moisture regulation the product moisture can be set to a desired value. Demand of water is calculated with difference between actual and target moisture and is based on actual product capacity.

In many application the mere measurement of humidity is not sufficient. A control of humidity regulates the water supply for the dampening screw. In contradiction to a manual control, the electronic regulates the water supply permanently and allows a constant target moisture. Because of that an ideal moisture for the grain milling and as a result of that, a higher total output can be achieved in the process flow of a mill. In most cases the Automatic Dampening System is combined with a Baffle Pipe. The Baffle Pipe can intergrated in the humidity measuring section and measures the capacity in t/h, which is necessary for the water addition.
